• Develop and execute a strategic vision for the company's next-generation high value ADC pipelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams and to advance ADC drug candidates from early discovery through PCC/IND stages.
2. Scientific and Cancer Immunology Excellence:
• Apply your deep knowledge of biologic drug discovery to guide the design, development, and optimization of innovative ADC drug candidates.
• Oversee new pipeline R&D activities, ensuring rigorous scientific standards.
• Leverage your expertise to integrate cancer biology and immuno-oncology principles into ADC drug development strategies.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in the field and incorporate relevant innovations into our programs.

1. Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
2.Proven track record in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in biotherapeutics development.
3.Extensive experience in biologic drug discovery and development, including successful advancement of drug candidates from discovery to clinical development.
4.Deep expertise in cancer immunology and immuno-oncology, with a strong understanding of the latest advancements in the field.
5.Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to lead team by example.
6.Strong communication skills, effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
7.Passion for developing ADC therapeutics to address critical needs in oncology on a global scale.

1. Responsible for ADC product license-out; ADC technology platform license-out;ADC product antibody license-in, small molecule license-in;
2. Responsible for product analysis, pharmaceutical market research and analysis;
3. Responsible for developing cooperation channels for CDMO, Biotech and Biopharma;
4. Brand promotion: online, offline publicity, broaden the publicity channels;
5. Responsible for contract drafting, business negotiation, contract signing and other work.

1. Master's degree or above in biology, bioengineering, biochemistry, PhD preferred.
2. more than 10 experience in pharmaceutical industry;More than 3 years experience in consulting field is preferred;
3. license-out product experience is preferred;license-out overseas product experience is preferred;
4. Experience in startup company is preferred;
5. Fluent oral English, excellent written English experience.

1. Master degree in biology or pharmacy, PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
2. At least 5 years of project management experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.

4. Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, organization and coordination skills, strong ability to work under pressure.
